How to book vacation apartment in Prague for short term stay
It is easy. Fill out the General Request Form, and we will send you the list of Prague vacation apartments which are available in your term and meet your dreams. You will choose one of them and we will arrange a reservation for you. Wait our answer by email within 24 hours ( or next working day ).
You can also send an email or give us a call to request availability and price on any Prague flat, vacation apartment, holiday home in our "Short Lets" section. Please specify no. of persons (adults, children), no.of bedrooms required, length of your stay and check-in/check-out dates. Once we have received your enquiry we will reply by the next working day with a selection of Prague properties that will suit your requirements.
Once the broker confirms availability and you are interested in booking the Prague apartment for the period of your stay, you will be asked to pay reservation. You can choose one of the following payment options:
- credit card (MasterCard, VISA)
- bank transfer
- Western Union services
The reservation guarantees your arrival. After we have received your advanced payment, we will send you Booking Confirmation. This will guarantee your booked Prague apartment. The remaining amount needs to be paid on your arrival day to our agency´s or landlord´s representative who will meet you at the apartment.

What is a short term apartment rental ?
Short term apartment rental is a cost-effective alternative to a hotel (see our Cost Comparison).
It is an Prague apartment rental from 1 night up to several months.
What will I be charged at time of booking?
Reservation, 20-50% of the total cost, guarantees the booking.
Balance will be paid on the day of your arrival.
What´s your Cancellation Policy?
Reservation is not refundable in the case of cancellation.
How and when will I pay for the apartment?
You will be asked on arrival to pay the balance of the payment in cash (in exceptional cases it is possible to pay with credit card).
What is the security deposit?
When you check in, you might be asked to provide a security deposit. This is simply a precaution to cover any incidental expenses during your stay. In case such a security deposit is required you will be told by the broker in advance. Security deposit is refundable subject to any deductions for damage not withstanding normal wear and tear.
When is usual Check-In/Check-Out time?
Check-in is usually from 2pm (14:00) to 8pm (20:00) and check-out is by noon (12:00).
Do you arrange the transfer from the airport to the apartment?
Yes, we can arrange the transfer from the airport to the apartment. The price is approximately 600 CZK. The driver will be waiting for you at the arrival hall with a sign with your name and will take you directly to the apartment.
How must I collect the apartment keys?
You will be advised in advance about the check-in and collecting the keys by your broker as it differs from apartment to apartment.
Can I bring my pet?
If you are bringing a pet along, your apartment choices will be limited. The majority of landlords in Prague do not allow pets. It may also depend on the breed and temperament of the dog. If you plan on keeping a pet, please notify your broker prior to your apartment search so he/she can screen out the apartments that do not accept pets. We strongly discourage you from moving an animal into a apartment if the policy prohibits pets, as you will jeopardize your tenancy rights.
